References on this Site to Mr. Altahawi’s career as an investment banker, and to Adamson Brothers (1998–2007), are historical. Mr. Altahawi is an international non-U.S. attorney; he does not practice U.S. securities law, and his current work is listing advisory and consultancy, with matters requiring U.S. legal advice handled in co-counsel with U.S.-admitted attorneys.
